Palm Treo 650 Videos PALM TREO 650 SOLD BY INDIATIMES.COM IS REFURBISHED Dear Readers, I want to bring to your notice that recently I bought Palm Treo 650 as advertised by Times of India on 17/9/06 and booked it under order number DEL-1709901. I got the delivery and was shocked to see that the unit was on Cingular meant for North America. I wrote to Palm Company and they wrote back to me on mail stating that the particular Palm unit I had as per serial number was a reconditioned/refurbished one. I have been repeatedly contacting Indiatimes.com on their feedback under their Ticket No: SHOP-243557 and also called their toll free numbers for refund but not a single response is coming. I advise all readers to refrain from buying products from Indiatimes.com as they seem to be duping the public at large by using their established name. They should not be doing this as they hold a respectable and trusted name in the country. I also request Indiatimes.com [if someone reads this] to urgently help me get the refund and take appropriate and stern action against their vendors for this particular product. Hoping some response and feedback would come out of this...........and praying it does.
